Bridge Replacement on South Garland River (2022 Spring Flood - Site #116) The Work generally includes the construction of a new bridge plate culvert structure founded on reinforced concrete footings and associated roadworks. The structure crosses over the Garland River on Road 180N between Roads 129W and 130W in the Municipality of Ethelbert, Manitoba. Approximate GPS coordinates are UTM Zone 14U 397075 m E, 5720245 m N. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the minimum Bid Price plus a Consent of Surety to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the minimum Bid Price and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the minimum Bid price must be submitted with the Bid. The date of Total Performance shall be July 18, 2025. Expected Award of Contract is September 23, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Owner is not bound to accept the lowest or any Bid Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/09/13 02:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
