Question Deadline 09/18/2024 at 12:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Scope of Services This RFSQ is issued for purposes of determining the interest of potential Contractors, hereinafter referred to as "Respondents". The City intends to pre-qualify the field of Respondents eligible and award a contract to those qualified and meet the minimum requirements of this request. The Storefront Improvement Program ("Program") aims to revitalize neighborhoods by assisting small business and property owners with projects that improve a building's facade. The Program offers financial incentives and free professional conceptual design services to owners, encouraging private investment in the community and local economy. Consultants shall provide architectural services to Storefront Improvement Program Applicants in the commercial neighborhoods of the City. Tasks will be assigned by the City on an as-needed and rotation basis upon Contractor's availability. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
