The Town of Phelps is seeking sealed bids to demolish/ raze all existing structures, to clear and remove all debris from the premises, and to grade and reseed the cleared area at the former Lillian Kerr Health Care Center (aka as the old Hospital/Nursing Home). The property is located at 2383 State Highway 17, Phelps WI 54554. Parcel 18-71-02; GL 02, Sect. 2, T41N,R11E.
