Summary Project Description: The scope of this project includes but is not necessarily limited to construct a new (+/-) 14,260 S.F. wood frame / loadbearing stud community center and associated support spaces. Contract Scope: Construction and demolition of the existing community center once the new community center is completed. C. The currently occupied premises at the project site are open for examination by bidders only during Town of Phelps operating hours..
