Reconstruction of Volkmann Road, spanning 5,140 feet (0.97 mile) from Strong Road south to the intersection with St. Louis Road. The work under this proposal consists of culvert installation, crushed aggregate base course, pulverizing grading gravel, final grading and compacting roadway, construction of hot mix asphalt surface and curbing, and placement of crushed aggregate shoulders.
