Estimated Cost $300,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Complete demolition, removal, and disposal of structures on Wildlife Management Areas in multiple locations throughout Eastern MA as described in the bid documents. Site-Specific Scope of Work 1. Contractor must meet all conditions outlined in the Special Provisions. 2. Demolition, removal, and disposal of structures and all associated materials. 3. Contractor may park equipment and vehicles on the Squannacook River WMA. 4. Improvements to the access road and staging areas are permitted with prior approval of the Contract Manager. The Access gate may be removed and replaced if necessary. 5. Contractor shall not obstruct traffic on Dudley Road. If traffic must be temporarily obstructed, contractor shall contact the town of Townsend Department of Public Works and Police Department as needed. 6. Removal of trees and vegetation may be permitted with prior approval of the Contract Manager or designee. 7. Asbestos containing materials identified in the hazardous materials testing report by Axiom Engineering (attached as DFW Squannacook WMA - HAZMAT Testing Letter 050124.pdf) must be abated prior to demolition. The report identifies ACM in multiple locations. 8. As described in the Special Provisions, the Contractor shall notify the contract manager of any untested potential hazardous materials encountered during demolition. Contractor shall test any potential ACM encountered during the demolition and employ a licensed asbestos abatement contractor as needed to comply with all applicable regulations.
