Reference Number 0000277634 Description of the Project and Services Modified Design Build (MDB) for the design and construction for the Residential Portfolio Capital Investment Plan (RPCIP) for the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA). The project will design and construct ten apartment buildings in four proposed development sites across CFB Esquimalt in British Columbia. Each low-rise apartment building will have 12 units, each unit averaging 80 square meters, which will be used to accommodate military members. The rough order of magnitude for the MDB contract (including design and construction) is estimated to be $88,000,000. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in Fall 2024.
