Procurement Shared Services (PSS) is requesting tenders on behalf of the Department of Infrastructure (INF) to sand the Inuvik Airport Road/Dempster Highway (No.8) between km 259.3 to Km 272.5. As and When Sanding Airport Road on slippery road surfaces using truck equipped with mechanical spreader: Load (from Boat Lake Yard Department of Infrastructure stockpile), haul 19 mm minus crushed aggregate and spread from KM 259.3 to KM 272.5 including Hospital Hill All questions or enquiries concerning this Operational Services Tender must be submitted in writing to the Contact Person listed on the Notice of Tender page, and should be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the specified deadline for Bid submissions. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any option proposed by the Bidder. The submission of the lowest or any Bid will not necessarily result in the award of a contract. The Owner reserves the right to cancel this Tender, in whole or in part at any time and to re-tender the same for any reason whatsoever, without incurring any liability and no Bidder will have any claim against the Owner as a consequence. The Owner reserves the right to negotiate the tendered price solely with the low Bidder after adjustment in accordance with the Business Incentive Policy, or re-invite Bids from the low Bidders without going to public tender
