Project Description: The scope of work is to replace the existing building automation system and select HVAC components. The contractor shall furnish and install a fully integrated Niagara 4.12 based BAS that is multivendor support ready using open protocol controls, JACE 9000 (s), and includes all related control devices. The mechanical components to be replaced includes (27) VAV boxes, (9) fan coil units, (2) boilers, and a single heating water pump (P-4). Five gas fired unit heaters shall also be replaced Construction Cost Estimate: $455,000.00
