Renovation of a museum in Colstrip, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The City of Colstrip is accepting sealed bids for the replacement of siding at the Schoolhouse History and Art Center in Colstrip, Montana. The project consists of replacement of siding, fascia, soffit, gutter, downspout and trim at the Schoolhouse History and Art Center (SHAC) located at 400 Woodrose in Colstrip, MT. Contractors and any subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be licensed, insured and bonded. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder(s) and a certifi- cate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to post- pone the award of the bid for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the Owner.
