The Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Transportation, Supplies, and Incidentals Necessary for the Following Major Elements: This Contract Provides for the Improvement of the Hawley and Irene Area With a New Sewer Force Main, Individual Pumping Stations, Trenchless Drilling, Landscape Restoration and Other Work, All in Accordance With the Attached Contract Plans, These Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The City of Bainbridge Island Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities in the Bidding Process.
