Road Repairs at Pleasure Point Park This project consists of All Labor, Materials and Equipment (includes: Asphalt, Trucking, Equipment, all related Labor) to provide a turn-key job for Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay and any Prep Work necessary on existing roadways at Pleasure Point Park. Put Louisiana Contractor license number on the front of your sealed bid package. A Performance Bond is required. The successful contract shall furnish good and solvent bond in an amount not less than one- half of the amount of the contract, for the faithful performance of his duties. The Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive informalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days from date on which bids are opened, in accordance with R.S. 38:2215. This project is located in the State of Louisiana.
