The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. A Request for Proposals for CMaR is expected to be released in October 21, 2024. The City of Silver Bay, Minnesota is seeking proposals from qualified interested parties to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the rehabilitation of a Water Treatment Facility. The rehabilitation will primarily consist of construction of a new booster station, pump and equipment replacements, rapid mix and flocculation mixer replacements, replacing the clarifier mechanism, replacing chemical feed equipment, filter rehabilitation, building addition for a new electrical room, distribution system modifications, SCADA system replacement, and miscellaneous site improvements.
