Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be submitted in writing or by email and received no later than September 13, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to the IFB. Only those plan holders registered with the City of Bullhead City will receive any modification to the plans, specifications and bid documents and any notices that are issued during bidding. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or al responses or parts thereto.
