Incomplete, non-conforming or bids received after the deadline will be rejected. The bid specification for installation of drop ceiling and conversion of two half-bathrooms into one full bathroom with shower at fire administration at Station 1 must include the following scope of work: 1. Station 1 Administration Drop Ceiling and Bathroom Conversion project. (Measurements to be verified by bidding contractor) a. Install 14'x16' drop ceiling in existing storage space with new LED light fixtures and HVAC vents. b. Convert two approximately 4' x 8' half bathrooms into one full bathroom with tile shower, vanity, sink, mirror and water closet. c. Fixtures and equipment specifications must be graded for commercial building use. d. Permits to be obtained by the bidding contractor. e. All demo materials to be taken away by bidding contractor.
