Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bullhead City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
1) Bid #1: Construction of ADA ramps, stairs, and handrails according to the design from Sunbelt Engineering (9-page document included with the Invitation to Bid) and replacement of 25 concrete issues around campus according to the spreadsheet "Mandatory Concrete Issues to Repair" (included with the Invitation to Bid). These issues are numbered 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 33, 34, 35, 39, 42, 45. 2) Bid #2: Replacement of 19 additional issues around campus according to the spreadsheet "Additional Concrete Repairs" (included with the Invitation to Bid). These issues are numbered 3, 6, 9, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 30, 31, 32, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41, 43 Scope of Work: - Construct new ramps, stairs, and handrails according to the 9-page design by Sunbelt Engineering. - Remove damaged sections of concrete and haul off site. - Compact the earth under which the new concrete will lay. Set concrete forms. - Place new concrete - Without wire or rebar. Concrete is to be 5" thick, 4500 PSI with fiber, and 4" slump with broom finish. - Paint rails to match the existing rails on campus. Bids requested to repair/replace concrete ramps, stairs, and handrails at one of the schools in Bullhead City School District #15.
