Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Camas, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

There is a form required by the Owner that needs to be filled out by the subcontractor. If we do not have this form and you are low bid, we may not have time to get the information from you. We will have to use a number from the next responsive bidder. This is a MANDATORY requirement from the Owner. Please send in the form with your bid or ASAP if you have already sent your bid. The form can be found in the ITB. STATEMENT OF WORK The scope of services includes interior renovation of the library and exterior site improvements per these contract documents and technical specifications. Work shall include but is not limited to non-structural partitions, floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, casework, built-up flooring, redistribution of HVAC in Children's Library, interior and exterior lighting, interior and exterior power distribution, exterior courtyard and associated area drain, updates to exterior monument signage, replacement of exterior vestibule and courtyard doors and associated hardware and card access readiness, replacement of historic windows, window heads, window sills, and window jambs, remediation of exterior stucco siding, mitigation of water damage at exterior historic wood doors and surrounds, flood barrier at top of exterior basement stairs, associated exterior waterproofing, ADA access control, ADA walkways, new street trees at ROW sidewalks, skylight maintenance, landscaping, custom site furnishings, associated demolition and any related components shown within the plans and technical specifications to provide a complete and functional installation Additional Information: Washington State Department of Labor and Industries Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project.
