The South Island Natural Resource District Engineering Team invites qualified contractors to bid on a contract for Rock Development and Aggregate Crushing within the South Island Natural Resource District. The project entails drilling, blasting, and crushing rock to develop 2,000 m3 of 4 to 6 inch granular fill shot rock for ballast and 10,000 m3 of 1 inch minus crush for road surfacing. The rock source/quarry location is 15.2 km on the South Taylor FSR. Please reference the locations maps for detailed directions to the site and schedule C for scope of work.
