The City of Yuma seeks to obtain a qualified and experienced Contractor to ensure the availability of skilled Contractors who are capable of performing fence repairs and new installations to maintain property boundaries, improve security, enhance or maintain aesthetics, and restore or replace damaged fencing as required. These actions are conducted for the purpose of establishing a qualified list of Contractor's for the City to obtain quotes for the Services stated in the Scope of Work. Questions Due Date: Sep 17th 2024, 11:00 AM MST This project encompasses the repair and installation of various fencing types throughout the City, including wood, chain link, wrought iron, steel, composite, and stone or brick fences. The Contractor will collaborate with designated City personnel to assess a project when Services are needed during a Project Assessment Meeting, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each situation or location. Following the assessment, detailed quotes will be submitted by the Contractors, with selection based on the best price and turnaround time. The Services provided by Contractor's must adhere to all applicable codes and standards, ensuring high-quality execution and safety upon completion, along with a final inspection to confirm compliance and satisfaction with the work performed. The Contractor is also responsible for ensuring that each worksite is left clean and free of hazards after the completion of services
