Cancellation Description Amendment 0004: INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE UNDER NAICS CODE 236220 COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AT VARIOUS GOVERNMENT INSTALLATIONS WITHIN THE MARINE CORPS AIR STATION (MCAS) YUMA, AZ, AND NAVAL AIR FACILITY (NAF) EL CENTRO, CA, AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR) AND OTHER LOCATIONS AS APPROVED is hereby cancelled in its entirety. Please reference Amendment 0004 in PIEE. A new solicitation will be issued once the government shutdown has ended. Bid is cancelled. This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) is a HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 236220 for commercial and institutional building construction projects. The scope includes a broad range of construction services for repair, alteration, and new construction of facilities. Work will be performed at various government installations within the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, Arizona, and Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro, California, Areas of Responsibility (AOR), as well as other approved locations. The contractor shall begin performance within 15 calendar days and complete it within 730 calendar days Task order range: $2,000 to $1,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
