The Lebanon Municipal Airport (LEB) is seeking Architectural, Engineering, and Planning services for the airport projects listed in the airport's Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP). The city is requesting Statement(s) of Qualifications from consultants interested in providing AEP services to the airport. The selection process will comply with the requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular (AC) 150/5100-14. The term of the services engagement will be five (5) years. The term will begin on January 1st, 2025. The selected firm(s) will need to comply with the city's Antidiscrimination Policy and the airport's FAA approved BDE program. The airport will construct Phase 1 of a runway/taxiway safety improvements package in 2025. This will include drainage improvements along the west side of runway 18-36, extension of taxiway Alpha to the south, the relocation of taxiway A2, and the relocation of the localizer. Projects listed in the CIP continue the safety projects and increase aircraft storage. The projects in the current ACIP include: Runway 18-36 extension and obstruction removal T-hangar construction Taxiway A extension between taxiway A2 and the south end of runway 36. Taxiway A extension between runway 7-25 and taxiway B, and stub taxiway removal. The City of Lebanon Airport is seeking professional services for Airport - Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Services. Proposals will be considered only from Consultants who can demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: o Consulting firm is licensed, and or qualified, to practice Architectural, Engineering, and Planning services in the State of New Hampshire and is able to effectively provide the required professional services. o The individual or individuals or sub-consultants who will be assigned the responsibility to projects shall have significant experience in Architectural, Engineering, and Planning services within the last five years in the State of New Hampshire. o Consultant and staff shall be knowledgeable of all applicable Architectural, Engineering, and Planning services. o Transition Plans, Federal, State, and local by-laws as applicable. o Firms shall be able to meet the schedule set by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason, or to accept any proposal which it deems to be in its best interest. Any proposal which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular may be rejected; any proposal having erasures or corrections in the price sheet may be rejected; and any submission which omits a proposal on any one or more required items may be rejected.
