The scope of work includes the removal of debris, which would include, but may not be limited to, various sizes of rocks and boulders from seawalls, sand, wood, metal, and any other material that could be the result of damages due to storm surge from the parking lot and lawn areas at the specified sites, with all work to be completed by the designated completion date. The Pease Development Authority - Division of Ports and Harbors (PDA-DPH) is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors for Storm Debris Removal Services at the following location: o Hampton - 1 Ocean Blvd. o Rye - 1870 Ocean Blvd. o Portsmouth Commercial Fish Pier - 1 Peirce Island Rd. Question Deadline 10/09/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions for the purpose of clarifying contents in the IFB must be submitted in writing by email to, bids@peasedev.org. Questions and responses will be made available to all Bidders on our website as a posted "Addendum" and an email notification will be sent to those vendors on the Bidders List on or before October 11, 2024. Storm Debris Removal Services will commence on November 15, 2024, and remain in effect through April 30, 2025. Subject to the approval of the PDA Board of Directors, the initial term of the Contract will be for three (3) years, through April 30, 2027. The Authority reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the term of this Contract for two (2) additional one-year option periods through April 30, 2029, under the same terms, conditions, and pricing structure upon the mutual agreement between the successful Contractor and the Authority. The Authority may consider informal any Bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions herein and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled due date or authorized postponement thereof. Any Bid received after the time and date specified above shall not be considered in the evaluation process. All offers shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days and shall NOT be withdrawn after the actual Bid due date.
