Renovation of a mixed-use development in Northville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: The Northville Public School District's Board of Education is accepting bids to provide roofing replacement at Amerman Elementary School and Northville High School. Bid Bond: A Bid Bond executed by a Treasury-listed surety company acceptable to the Northville Public School District or a cashier's check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal shall be submitted with the Bid. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days. Labor and Material & Performance Bond Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payments Bonds by a Treasury-listed surety in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of Bond(s) shall be included in each proposal. Contract Award: The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and waive any informality or irregularity therein, or to award the Contract to other than the low bidder, in its sole discretion. Northville Public Schools reserves the right to accept the bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner.
