The Board of Education of Baltimore County invites firms to bid on "ON-CALL STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES: SPECIAL PROJECTS" for Baltimore County Public Schools, Solicitation Number JHO-703-25. Any inquiries regarding the specifications and/or the solicitation document shall be IN WRITING and submitted per the instructions in the solicitation document Part II Section 3.0 Inquiries. Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) is requesting submissions from experienced and qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide on-call structural engineering services for planning, programming and design services for new buildings, renovations, additions, site and systemic projects at existing school and administration buildings. Professional service firms who were selected as On-Call Consultants for BCPS for calendar years 2021-2024 must re-apply and be selected to continue partnering with BCPS. (Commodity Code: 94101605 Architect associations; 81101508 Architectural engineering; 81100000 Professional engineering services) The firms who will provide materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for the above bid shall attempt to achieve 15% participation of Minority Business and/or Small Business Enterprise organizations in response to the Board of Education's goal for economic development. Certified Minority Business Enterprises and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to these solicitations. The Board of Education of Baltimore County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
