Interested and qualified companies who have demonstrated their ability at providing comparable services are invited to submit proposals. This request is for an analysis of space needs at La Mesa's City Hall for the potential future design of a new facility. The City anticipates that the analysis will form the foundation of a future facility that would house a 21st century City Hall and space to meet the community's engagement, gathering, quality of life, resource, and other needs. The analysis should include an assessment of existing facilities as well as future needs to meet this vision.
