The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace approximately 9,300 square feet of broken asphalt in the parking lot of the Dove Island Public Water Access located in Koochiching County. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
