Demolition, site work and remodeling of an educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the remodel of a 1,180-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Project is located at 1800 W. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas NV 89102. Demolish and remodel of approximately 1,180 square feet for the new location of the EVS Clean & Soiled Rooms on the 1st floor of Building 5000. The existing space is used for Transport's breakroom, restroom and storage area. The new work will consist of remodeling entire spaces to accommodate EVS Clean and Soiled Linen Rooms. The renovation work will include but not be limited to demolition and addition of walls and finishes with upgrades to the existing light fixtures. General Contractors and Subcontractors are responsible to reference permit set - construction documents; Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing to include scope of work, specifications, general notes, keyed notes, sheet indexes, legend. As well as UMC standard specification sheets. All documents are attached in bid. Time of work will be during the day hours (6:30am - 5:00pm) Monday through Friday. Major utility disruptions shall be scheduled 48 hours in advance and will need to be performed after business hours "off hours" for the occupants. Project duration is scheduled to be 90 days from Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 09/12/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All question must be submitted through Online
