The Work consists of removing the existing natural grass; replacing the baseball field, softball field, and soccer field's grass with synthetic turf systems and replacing other natural grass areas with desert landscape; removing existing irrigation from the natural grass areas and installing new irrigation. The Work also includes installing retaining wall, new curbs, valley gutters, fencing, concrete, storm drain, sports field accessories, and erosion mitigation.
