Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Northwest Harbor, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

A 10% bid deposit and a Certificate of Non-Collusion must accompany all bid submissions. The Town of East Hampton reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the Town. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies, equipment and other facilities and things necessary or proper for, or incidental to, the work contemplated by this Contract as required by, and in strict accordance with the applicable Plans, Specifications and Addenda prepared by the Engineer and/or required by, and in strict accordance with, such changes as are ordered and approved pursuant to this Contract, and will perform all other obligations imposed on him by this Contract.
