Site work for a water / sewer project in Hazard, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Horizontal Directional Drilling of Eight (8) Stream Crossing Sites, four (4) consisting of a total of approximately 950 linear feet (LF) of 8" DIPS HDPE DR9 Waterline and four (4) consisting of a total of approximately 500 linear feet (LF) of 6" DIPS HDPE DR9 Waterline. Each crossing will include tying into existing waterlines on each end of the crossing as well as any related appurtenances. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the closing date for receipt of Bids. Errors and omissions will not be cause for withdrawal of Bid without forfeit of Bid Bond. Bids may be withdrawn in person prior to the closing date of receipt of Bids. Time of completion for the contract is 120 calendar days. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and countersigned by a licensed Kentucky Resident Agent, representing the Surety Company. Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be payable to Perry County Fiscal Court. The Perry County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Perry County Fiscal Court may be served.
