The project consists of the construction of approximately 2,320 square feet of new conference room space, kitchenette, and public restrooms. One the addition has been completed the existing facility (4,057sf) will be renovated. If the scope of work is not declared Substantially Complete within the indicated 425 days for construction, a penalty of $750.00 per day may be assessed to the retainage of the construction contract. If the work is not completed before 30 calendar days, liquidated damages may be implemented.
