Renovation of a detention facility in Ordway, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Reference Number 0000362203 Estimated Construction Cost: $240,000.00 The project consists of the purchase of new indirect double wall water heaters for installation under a separate project. All work associated with installation shall be provided through a separate project. Provide unit pricing and pricing for QTY 16 ASME rated double-wall indirect water heaters to be delivered upon project completion. The water heaters shall be delivered to Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility, (12750 SH-96, Ordway, CO) The contractor shall perform all work to procure and deliver the indirect water heaters and associated appurtenances. The contractor will review specifications and equipment schedule within project manual for performance and requirements, provide submittal for review by engineer and owner. Any substitution from basis of design should be noted and request as approval as equal no later than one week prior to bid date.
