Renovation of a fire / police facility in Ashland City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Roofing Project at the Cheatham County EMA Building Any specific questions pertaining to this bid must be submitted via email to: marykathryn.deason@cheathamcountytn.gov Remove existing roof, gutters, and roof insulation. Install new 2-inch insulation with proper accessories. Install new 29-gauge metal roof (screw down) with screws, rack trim, rack angle, closers to protect the hip, ridge cap, and new pipe boots. Front porch will be cut metal on walls to create transition panel so there will be no leaks between the porch and the wall. Install new 6-inch gutters with downspouts. Cheatham County will provide roll off dumpsters and will dispose of all old building materials.
