SECTEUR HAUTE-GATINEAU (Visits on request on September 18, 2024) Pavilion name Address Pie-XII 122, rue Comeau, Maniwaki Academie Sacre-Coeur 248, rue Notre-Dame, Maniwaki PONTIAC SECTOR (Visits upon request Monday, September 19, 2024) Pavilion name Address Sainte-Anne 166, chemin Outaouais, L'Ile-du-Grand-Calumet Center Multiservices du Pontiac 1 Front Street, Campbell's Bay The term of this contract covers a period of one (1) year, i.e. from 1 October 2024 to 30 April 2025, and is renewable for a further two (2) years. The clearing and sandblasting work will be carried out over a period that normally runs from 1 October to 30 April, or according to climatic requirements that vary from one season to the next. Sand removal work is carried out after the snow melts, i.e. before 15 May. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond representing 10% of the total amount of the bid, excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque, money order, irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a licence issued in accordance with the Insurance Act.
