Reference number: 20029087 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-11-25 The work described in the present tender documents consists of the installation of facilities for a tourist kiosk and administrative spaces in the building located at 144B, Principale Sud in Maniwaki. Projected work includes - Partial stripping of exterior siding and drilling of openings for new windows; - New exterior siding and metal-framed canopy at the entrance to the tourist area; - New windows in aluminum glass-framed curtain wall sections; - New interior partitioning and ceiling based on the new redevelopment plan; - Installation of facilities for the new tourist information kiosk: new access ramp, interior finishes, integrated furniture, shelving, display units, decorative elements, etc. - Fit-out of new administrative spaces on the building's first floor and mezzanine level; - Related mechanical and electrical work in accordance with DWB Consultants' plans and specifications. Subject to approval by the MRCVG Board of Directors, the award of the construction contract could be confirmed around December 16, 2024. Site mobilization could begin as early as January 2025. Work must be completed by April 15, 2025 at the latest.
