The Project consists of road rehabilitation in Silver City, Lyon County, Nevada; to include road reconstruction. The following roadways included in the project and their corresponding treatments are listed below: o High Street - Reconstruction o 2nd Street - Reconstruction o 3rd Street - Reconstruction o 4th Street - Reconstruction o 5th Street - Reconstruction o Gay Street - Reconstruction o Schadd Lane - Reconstruction The Contractor will have 50 working days to complete the Work in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs for this project is $3,000,000 to $4,000,000. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A pre-bid conference will not be held. A 5% bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All bidders shall be licensed and qualified by the Nevada State Contractor's Board to do the type of work contemplated for this project prior to the time of opening of said bids and shall be skilled and regularly engaged in the general class or type of work. This proposal to the Owner is irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening. The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities, informalities, or nonconformities; or to accept the bids deemed in their best interest, such as the lowest, responsible, responsive bid.
