The objective of this work is to seal cracks on runway 12L-30R and apply emulsified asphalt seal coat w/aggregate to the surfaces of the runway and connectors for standard pavement maintenance (phase 1), and to sealcoat the corporate taxi lanes for standard pavement maintenance (phase 2). This project area consists of crack sealing RWY 12R/30L (edge stripe – edge stripe)(85,000sy), paid in final lineal feet applied) & applying emulsified asphalt seal coating with aggregate to the runway (30L) and all connecting taxiways up to but not including the hold bars at TWY D, and up to but not including the hold bars for RWY 12L-30R (96,000sy). Impacts during this phase include closing 2 runways, and 12 taxiways. Additionally, access to RWY 12L-30R needs to be maintained for Pilatus Business Aircraft located at the West end of the project limits. Although this is not an AIP funded project, current FAA Guidelines outlined in Advisory Circular (AC) AC150/5370-10H will be adhered to and are included herein, painted markings will remain and should be maintained as is.
