2024 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project which is being rebid. The Project generally consists of cleaning and television inspection of approximately 33,000 LF of 8", 10", and 12" of existing gravity sanitary sewers, testing of all joints in each sanitary sewer, grouting of joints in each sewer that do not pass the testing, and all other work in accordance with the Contract Documents for the Borough of Rumson. All work on this contract must be fully completed within one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. bid bond or a certified check drawn to the order of Borough of Rumson for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder is hereby notified that a performance bond and labor and material (payment) bond for the full amount of this project is required. The right is also reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of the Owner, the Owner reserves the right to abandon the project and reject the bids entirely if any legal or state or federal administrative action is taken against the Owner which could delay or jeopardize the project from commencing.
