Mechanical Upgrades at Mount Auburn Apartments The construction estimate range for this project is between $109,679.00 - $151,461.00 Questions will be received in writing no later than 10:00 AM local time on September 18, 2024, via email at cousotrigoy@cmha.net Responses to all questions will be posted as an addendum and posted to CMHA's website at online. Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in an amount which shall not be less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. Bids shall be firm and cannot be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of CMHA. CMHA is a Political Subdivision of the State of Ohio and is exempt from all taxes. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. PROJECT LOCATION Union Square Apartments, 3495 E.98th Street, Cleveland, Ohio44104. The project consists of removal and replacement of a new Makeup Air unit on the top floor of the building. Removal and replacement of the lobby A/C unit, circulating pumps, and split system for the elevator machine room. The project includes all related ductwork, duct smoke detectors, thermostats, and related hardware. Also, install diffusers and connect the existing ductwork to the areas shown serving the lobby. b. The work includes all permits, labor, materials, and equipment for the work per attached scope of work. See Osborn Engineering Project Manual and Engineered Drawings for all work related to this project Replacement of the existing ~ 7200 CFM gas fired make up air unit located in the penthouse. Replace the existing 4-ton A/C unit serving the lobby. Replacement of the existing 5-ton A/C split system serving the elevator machine room. Replacement of the 200-gallon domestic hot water storage tank located in the penthouse.
