Site work for a water / sewer project in Laguna Woods, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be done consists of, but is not limited to, installing a new grate inlet catch basin with a full trash capture device and a new 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe to convey flows across Ridge Route Drive to an existing catch basin. The Contractor must have an A - General Engineering License in good standing at time of contract award and maintain such in full force and effect for the entire duration of the Contract. No award will be made to a contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of the California Business and Professions Code. The City will issue one Notice to Proceed (NTP). Said Notice to Proceed shall not be issued prior to seven (7) calendar days after award of the contract and no later than Monday, November 18, 2024. The Contractor shall complete the work within forty-five (45) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
