No definite date for the rebid.** Woods End Wilderness Preserve Trail Drainage and Improvement Project The work to be done consists of, but is not limited to, earthwork and grading, construction of decomposed granite and native soil trails, installation of storm drainage infrastructure, construction of a concrete wall, installation of fences and gates, construction of a park monument sign, and installation of lighting. The project also includes erosion control measures, existing tree protection, planting and irrigation system improvements, clearing and grubbing, and removal of existing asphalt pavement and fencing. All proposals and bids shall be accompanied by cash, a certified bank draft, or a bond, from an accredited surety company, all clearly payable to the City of Laguna Woods for an amount not less than 10% of the bid submitted. The bid security will be declared forfeited if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into a contract within 10 days following receipt of the Notice of Award with the contract documents.
