Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (the Owner) seeks proposals from interested qualified firms to construct a rock (gravel) building pad at an elevation of 10.0 and concrete sidewalks, installation and connection of new water and sewer lines (including sewage grinder pump and basin and tapping in of the new proposed water/sewer lines to the existing water service and existing septic tank) and all electrical work to supply electricity to the facility for full electrical functions and operations according to the specifications contained herein.
