Renovation of a fire / police facility in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 305,000-square-foot fire / police facility.
The proposed work consists of replacing and upgrading the Warehouse 1 fire suppression system in sequential phasing areas, for a total of approximately 305,000 square feet. The project will be a Design-Build procurement. The project is located at the Mayor's Point Terminal, Brunswick, Georgia. Proposal must be accompanied by a proposal security equal to 10 percent of proposal sum. If a Design-Build contract is awarded, the successful proposer will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each equal in amount to the contract sum.
