Filling in of the property shall be done by filling in the excavation with clean sand only and topping the excavation with four (4) inches of black soil and seeding the same with a suitable grass seed or sod. Prior to the commencement of the demolition, a Demolition Sign, obtained from the Hammond Inspection Department shall be posted in an unobstructed and visible location on the property and it shall remain in that location until the entire demolition, fill, and seeding is completed.
