services for the PROJECT. The scope of work includes documentation of preconstruction conditions,
meetings, material submittal and construction schedule reviews, responses to requests for information,
contract modifications/change orders/claims, coordination with stakeholders, preparation/distribution of
project-related notifications, including pre and post notifications required by regulatory agencies, project
closeout, punch-list and acceptance, and other miscellaneous construction administrative activities.
