Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 70,000-square-foot golf course; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000362161 Job Location 512 Golf View Lane, Rochester MI Oakland University Golf & Learning Center is requesting pricing to renovate the bunkers on the R&S Sharf Golf Course (~70,000 SFT @ ~62 locations). We are requesting pricing to replace existing bunker's using the Better Billy Bunker Method. This will be a full renovation of all bunkers on the golf course, including sand, underlayment & drainage. All spoils will remain onsite. Bid security in the form of a certified check, or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid is required and shall accompany each bid. Disposition of the bid security shall be as described in the Instructions to Bidders in point 9.3. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Question Deadline 09/25/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No , All project Questions are to be reduced to writing and sent to Maria Ebner-Smith, ebnersmi@oakland.edu.
