Reference Number : 0000364650 The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to perform annual hose testing in compliance with the most current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards for a three-year term. Question Deadline 10/11/2024 at 11:30 AM ET, Questions are to be directed to Amber Beauchamp, Procurement Analyst. Questions regarding the solicitation must be made in writing and emailed to beauchampa@rochesterhills.org at which time an addendum response will be prepared and posted on online. Purchase Type Duration: 3 years General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - All or None Award The submission of a Quote hereunder shall be considered evidence that the proposer is satisfied with respect to the conditions to be encountered, and the character, quantity and quality of the work to be performed. All quoted prices shall remain in effect for at least ninety (90) days from the due date of the quote, to allow for the award and, if chosen the successful contractor prices will remain firm through the entire term of the contract.
