Purchase Type Duration: 3 years General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - All or None Award The submission of a Quote hereunder shall be considered evidence that the proposer is satisfied with respect to the conditions to be encountered, and the character, quantity and quality of the work to be performed. All quoted prices shall remain in effect for at least ninety (90) days from the due date of the quote, to allow for the award and, if chosen the successful contractor prices will remain firm through the entire term of the contract.
