for roadwork on T-575 Davis Road as follows: 3,700 Tons of Shale provided by township, Clearing and Grubbing, Class 1 Excavation, Grading and Shaping of roadway. All materials and workmanship must meet the requirements and standards of PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications. All work must be completed by December 31, 2024, liquidated damages will apply beyond this date if the work remains incomplete.
