The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, fabrication, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary for completion of the work indicated in the Bid Documents including, but not necessarily limited to the following: selective demolition, temporary facilities and controls, cutting and patching, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, cast stone masonry, metal fabrications, pipe and tube railings, miscellaneous rough carpentry, plastic-laminate-clad architectural cabinets, thermal insulation, vapor retarders, fluid-applied membrane air barriers, sheet metal flashing and trim, penetration firestopping, fire-resistive joint systems, joint sealants, floor doors, hollow metal doors and frames, monumental stile and rail doors, flush wood doors, door hardware, glazing, non-structural metal framing, gypsum plastering, gypsum board, ceramic tiling, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient base and accessories, resilient tile flooring, resinous flooring, tile carpeting, exterior painting, interior painting, visual display units, room-identification panel signage, toilet, bath & laundry accessories, fire protection cabinets, louver blinds, roller window shades, plastic-laminate-clad countertops, plumbing, heating, ventilating and air-conditioning, electrical, structured cabling for voice and data, extension of existing intercom system, extension of existing fire alarm system, audio video systems, security systems, site clearing, earth moving, erosion and sediment control, turf and grasses, concrete paving, and landscape restoration. As of January 2, 2026, a construction manager has been assigned for this project and construction is underway.
