The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT), Airports seeks the services of qualified engineering firms to provide construction management support services for Phase 2, Statewide Airports, State Project No. AS1130-21. The scope also involves providing technical assistance for the construction management and administration of these projects including, but not limited to, estimating, contract document reviews, construction administration services, and designer oversight. Services will be requested on an "as needed" basis through written Delivery Orders, located throughout the fifteen (15) airports across the State of Hawaii. The contract value at the end of the 5-year term shall not exceed $10,000,000. All individuals or firms shall include in your firm's submittal Proof of Insurance for: a. General liability insurance for limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. The STATE shall be named as additional insured. b. Automobile liability insurance for limit of not less than $1,000,000 per accident. The STATE shall be named as additional insured. c. Professional liability insurance for limit of not less than $1,000,000 per claim and $2,000,000 annual aggregate. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
